Thank you, thank you, thank you

As those of you who have been following me for more than a year know, I don’t send holiday promos. I spend the money, instead, on toys. I buy a bunch then take them down to the Marines for their Toys for Tots drive. My sleigh is full. Thank you, each of you, for making this possible.

The happiest of whatever holiday you choose. And a prosperous 2010!

  1. Leslie, That must have been a whole lot of fun picking out all those games. Were those the games you grew up with or are now full filing your childhood dreams? I’m sure the Tots will
love them too. Locally I work with Adopt A Family through the Salvation Army. It’s the time to
share- Happy Holidays to all !

  2. Leslie, good for you, we’ve alway donated through the church, Boy Scouts, and some others. It’s so tough these days, but there are so many other people out there that have nothing…happy holidays!

  3. Thanks folks. I really am into the games and creative toys (tinker toys, play-doh) to encourage socialization and imagination. As much as I love some video games, I still very much enjoy playing board games and card games and want to encourage that interaction with the kids.

Funny, I’m child-free by choice, but get a huge kick out of doing this every year. 🙂
    Thanks again!

  4. Thank you one and all, I find doing a few random act of kindest can be a very moving experience so I’lll be heading to an old people home again. And for the young one in my family, they’ll be chucked in the car and made to come with me lol….

    Love all xx
